Dr. Meng is now a Research Associate at the Department of Electrical and Electronic Engineering, Imperial College London, UK,  from 2024. He received the  M.S. degree in electrical and information engineering from Nanjing University of Science and Technology, Nanjing, China, in 2016, and Ph.D. degree from the School of Information Science and Engineering, Southeast University, Nanjing, China, in 2021. From 2021-2023, he was a Postdoc at the University of Macau.  From 2023-2024, he was a Postdoc at the City University of Hong Kong.  His current research interests include semantic communication, integrated sensing and communication, localization,  and intelligent reflecting surface-assisted wireless communication.
