Racing round 2 - F1 Arcade Feb. '24

It seems that one evening on the F1 simulators was not enough - February saw us return to the F1 Arcade, to determine, once and for all, the fastest amongst us. Thanks again to Hassan for organising!

Christmas Dinner 2023

A great night with a big group! This year NanoHAC and the Brandt-Talbot group came together to celebrate the 2023 holiday season. Big thanks to Enny and Ploy for organising the Christmas dinner and our yearly Secret Santa, it was a night to remember!

New Forest NanoHAC - Group trip 2023

This year the group took a trip to beautiful Burley, in the New Forest. We were treated to a lovely sunny weekend, perfect for a New Forest bike ride, and some stunning walks along the south coast. Huge thanks to Charlie for organising the trip, and to our ever-reliable Dave for driving the minibus.

NanoHAC goes racing - F1 Arcade March '23

A chance for the Formula 1 fans in the group to show off their racing skills, or lack thereof... It seems we all made the correct decision not to pursue a career in competitive racing. Huge thanks to Hassan for organising a fun night of racing at the new F1 Arcade!

Christmas 2022

A festive Mexican meal to celebrate the 2022 Christmas season. Another great year of excellent food, excellent company, and a great night all round. A big thank you to Zoyia for organising the night!

Christmas 2020

NanoHAC online christmas party The annual Christmas dinner and activity were moved online this year - certainly one to remember. The diversity of Deliveroo resulted in some... unconventional... Christmas dinners, but the atmosphere of celebration was ever-present. The online 'escape-room' proved more challenging that expected - see some of our impressive movie-scene recreations in the accompanying picture (can you guess them all?). With artistic and acting skills like these, I can't help but wonder why we have all stuck to science.

Socials in the age of COVID - Among Us

In these socially-distant times, we've had to be somewhat creative when it comes to socials. The online game of deduction, Among Us, is quickly becoming a favourite in NanoHAC, an almost weekly fixture in our diaries.

NanoHAC hits the Peak District - Summer 2019

This year, NanoHAC braved a wet weekend away in Edale in the peak district. Despite mother nature's best attempts to stop us, the group enjoyed a weekend of climbing, hiking, canoeing and raft-building.

For NanoHACs annual group trip, we drove to the picturesque town of Combe Martin, for a weekend of kayaking, hiking and sampling Devonshire ice cream.
