If you need to speak with us in-person, our central Security location is:

In any on-campus emergency, your first point of contact should be the Community Safety and Support Team. Whether a medical or security incident, the first response team are fully first aid trained and best placed to direct assistance to your location. Please do not attempt to contact emergency services yourselves. if emergency services have been called directly, it is still important to notify the Community Safety and Support Team
In case of an emergency:
- SafeZone App: We strongly recommend using the SafeZone app as the primary method to reach the Community Safety and Support Team during emergencies. This app allows all students and staff at any College location to swiftly alert, contact, and directly communicate with our team when needed. You can find instructions on how to install and use the app on the SafeZone webpage.
- Phone: If you prefer to call us in an emergency, save our emergency contact number on your mobile: 0207 594 1000. This number can be dialled from any campus location. Additionally, if you are on campus with a physical handset or have a phoneline through Teams, simply dial 4444, and you will be connected to the emergency line.
For non-emergency enquiries:
If you need to speak to our team about anything non-urgent, then you can do so by emailing security.control@imperial.ac.uk or get in touch directly with your local community support team. Check the numbers listed below to find the contact details for your campus team.
