Mental Health Awareness Week

This session is open to all women who are already on the peri-menopause to post-menopause journey or for women who would like to understand a little more about the menopause in preparation.  There will be a brief informative talk about the symptoms that can be experienced during this transition with a chance for a women’s circle discussion in a safe environment.  A brief group coaching session will follow focussing on one positive change that you could make to your lifestyle to help manage hormonal fluctuations finishing with a wonderful restorative yoga session specifically tailored and adapted to alleviate menopausal symptoms.  Beginners to yoga are welcome as there will be plenty of options to adapt and adjust to suit everyone.
