Summary
I am a Research Postgraduate student, currently enrolled in the StatML Centre for Doctoral Training. My research interests include:
- Unsupervised learning, more specifically cluster analysis (both distance-based and model-based) and dimensionality reduction techniques
- Robust statistics and outlier detection
- High-dimensional statistics
I am currently working under the supervision of Dr. Ioanna Papatsouma and Professor Alastair Young, with my research mainly focusing on how clustering algorithms can be developed for data of mixed type, as well as how robustification of these can be ensured in the presence of outliers, noise or missing data.
