An effective way to raise your profile, Employer Presentations are held on campus allowing face to face interactions with students, whilst webinars allow for flexibility and maximum reach.

Employer Presentations are an excellent way to speak directly to our students and to give valuable insight into what makes your company a great place to work and grow their career. A popular part of our events calendar, Employer Presentations can help you to highlight upcoming opportunities to our students and encourage high quality applications. These events are held at our South Kensington campus.

Webinars

As an alternative to hosting an on campus Employer Presentation, we can facilitate webinars for your company. Like physical presentations, webinars provide you with an effective forum to reach out to students, promote your vacancies, internships and to raise your organisations profile. Webinars can be arranged for anytime during the academic year.

Webinar options & costs

The Careers Service uses Microsoft Teams and we can set-up the event for you. Included with this option is:

  • Use the Careers Service Portal (Microsoft Teams)
  • A member of the Careers Service will be on hand before, during and after the webinar to assist with any set-up, technical issues and subsequent support
  • We will record the webinar and, with your approval, add this to our series of webinars available to our students to view at any time after the event
  • Advertise your webinar on our events schedule and in our weekly careers events email
  • Pre-registration of interested students 
  • Access to Imperial College London students
  • Cost = £250 + VAT

Webinar using your own portal/system

If you wish to use your own portal to run a webinar, we offer two options: 

Webinar exclusively for Imperial College students  


Included in this option is: 

  • Use your own portal
  • Advertise your webinar on our events schedule and in our weekly careers events email
  • Access to Imperial College London students
  • Cost = £150 + VAT

Webinar open to any student in London/UK/world 

Included in this option is: 

  • Use your own portal
  • Advertise your webinar on our events schedule
  • There is no cost associated with this option
