Audio

With an impressive selection of microphones available, we tailor our equipment to suit your event from Lectern microphones through to discreet lapel microphones. 

The importance of having clear audio for an event should never be underestimated, we can deliver for high-profile events through to local team meetings with virtual integration.  Our Audio services:

Lighting

From wireless uplighters to tube lights or our branded light boxes, create a wow factor for your event.

Video Production

Livestreaming is one of our most popular packages, being flexible for your event and broadcasting to multiple locations (including YouTube, Vimeo, Teams & Zoom). For smaller events, we have our new Hybrid Conference Package too. We are here to help and take the stress away.

Exhibitions

We provide sustainable alternatives to printing single-use exhibitions. With a selection of screens for hire (from 32" through to 75"), your exhibition can look stunning whilst conforming to our sustainability commitments.

How do I book a service from the technical team for my event?

Please email roomsandcatering@imperial.ac.uk or technical.events@imperial.ac.uk with your event date and location plus some details around what technical support you would require. If you are unsure what support you need, just let us know and we will contact you to work out your requirements.

What are the costs?

We’re an at-cost service and depending on equipment availability, prices range. Please reach out to us for a quote. For some idea, costs for a Speaker System & Microphone cost around £150 per day. Our Video Streaming Package (with staffing) will cost around £1,500 per day.

Can I cancel a booking?
