We know you want every exhibition to stand-out and showcase the content of your conference. To keep your conference sustainable, we now have an arrange of exhibition technology to suit your requirements.

Digital Screens

Being easily updated and looking sleek in any venue, our array of screens can be installed as free standing or arranged as table top. Upgrade your exhibition today with the ability to allow exhibitors to have interactive content, taking your reach to a whole new domain. Screens can also replace banners, with digital signage solutions available. We have the following options open to you:

  • 32" Screen (Table top only)
  • 55" Screen
  • 65" Screen 
  • 75" Screen
  • 86" Screen

Display Boards

Got a poster competition? Need a way of showing your content in a exhibition setting? We have just the thing for this. Our display boards are completely customisable into either 'raised' 1m x 1m or a standard 1m x 2m. Using a pole based system, we can adapt our boards to match your layout desires. 

We recommend contacting our booking team to understand the best layouts to go for. 

Content Management 

From large to small conferences, when you book a technician* for your event, we are on hand to support with your content management. Contact us during the planning stage to discuss the options. 

If a technician is not booked for your event, we are unable to provide this service as default for you. We are happy to discuss what options you have, so please contact the team on technical.events@imperial.ac.uk.

*service is available for a charge if a technician is not booked.
