Overview

This interactive session is designed to help managers identify the signs of burnout and provide practical guidance and approaches to enable them and their teams to stay productive whilst avoiding burnout and developing higher levels of resilience in their work and careers. Continual exposure to stressful situations, working long hours, uncertainty, and constant change can lead to burnout.

Learning to avoid burnout is a game-changer for mental health, productivity, motivation, and career.

The session will also provide an overview of the health and wellbeing provision at the College and the tools and support that are available to them.
