LEADER COACH BANNER

Behind Successful Employees Are Great Coaches. Do you have what it takes to be an effective leader or manager coach?

The role of a manager, in short, is becoming that of a coach. Harvard Business Review Scoular & Scoular Nov–Dec 2019

Coaching is a powerful way for leaders to develop their people to their full potential. It’s not just a managerial label but a vital, earned skill that helps with growth, trust, retention, and building overall leadership capability.
In the face of rapid change and rising expectations from employees, high-performing managers are adopting a coaching approach in which they facilitate problem-solving and encourage employees’ development by asking questions and offering support and guidance rather than giving orders and
making judgments.
