This development provision is for those new to management or who want to refresh their existing knowledge and skills.
We have curated four tiers of support:

• Development for new managers
• Management Fundamentals for Managers
• Deep Dive Development for Managers
• Specialist Support for Managers & Supervisors (to look after their health & wellbeing.)

We suggest that you invest time to complete the developmental journey across all four tiers, but you can also choose to attend individual training courses from this offering.
This development programme is designed for staff with direct line management responsibilities or supervisory roles looking after teams, direct reports, or dotted line management responsibilities.
