Overview

This workshop provides research-based insights into the value and impact of embedding emotional Intelligence into how you manage and respond to the challenges of working in an academic setting.  An interactive and practical training that explores how to implement positive personal and cultural change.

Emotional Intelligence (EI) requires:

  • Increasing self-awareness
  • Employing self-regulation
  • Understanding individual motivation, and
  • Incorporating empathy and social skills with purpose

This workshop explores skills and techniques to help navigate the pressures, challenges, mistakes, and failures synonymous with today's academic working setting.
